Baking Instructions
Makes 4 batches. Multiply all ingredients per batch desired.
ONE BATCH (8–10 PANCAKES)
Whisk together: 1 cup dry mix, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp oil or melted butter, and 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional).
- Mix your ingredients until just combined.
- Rest batter for 10 minutes for a light, fluffy texture.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
- Flip when bubbles form and edges look dry. Cook until golden.
