Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
- ½ cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons of Tree Hive Maple Syrup & Honey (best stuff ever)
- ¼ cup of dried cranberries or raisins
- ¼ cup of dried dates
- 2 tablespoons of dried coconut
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 3 tbsp ground flaxseed, ½ cup almond butter, and 3 tbsp maple syrup & honey.

Add ¼ cup dried cranberries (or raisins), ¼ cup chopped dates, 2 tbsp dried coconut, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.

Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed and sticky.

Scoop and roll the mixture into 1‑inch balls.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Store in an airtight container: up to 1 week in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
