Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Tree Hive Maple Syrup & Honey (best stuff ever)
  • ¼ cup of dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup of dried dates
  • 2 tablespoons of dried coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 3 tbsp ground flaxseed, ½ cup almond butter, and 3 tbsp maple syrup & honey.

  2. Add ¼ cup dried cranberries (or raisins), ¼ cup chopped dates, 2 tbsp dried coconut, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.

  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed and sticky.

  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1‑inch balls.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  6. Store in an airtight container: up to 1 week in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.

  7. Grab and go whenever you need a wholesome pick‑me‑up!
